Blog Retirement and Rebirth

I don't know if anyone comes here anymore, but I suspect a few people may have this in their RSS reader or whatever. I'll make this short and sweet: I'm consolidating the three blogs that I have into one blog: I Push Buttons. If you care to follow me over there, I'd be happy to have you. The new blog should be a lot more interesting and active than any of my other ones, as it won't be content-specific. Basically, you get whatever crap that decides to come out of my head. Whether or not that is something of interest is up to you. If you don't want to come along, no hard feelings.

  • Hi Matt

Just read some of your article - hope you have not quit poker.

I have a project going on at pokerbankrollblog.com where one of my main interests is bankroll management. The main problem I have is traffic generation and feedback on my posts. I have tried Blogcatalog, bloggerforum and others. This gives traffic, but I miss an interaction between other bloggers.

I have setup a forum (poker bankroll building) on www.pokerbrb.com/forum for people with an interest in bankroll challenges, poker and other fun stuff. If you think a mix of bankroll building and fun is a waste of time – then you have come to the wrong place. This forum is not only bankroll management – it's a place to have fun – where everybody is welcome. But nobody is forced to take a look!

So what is in it for you?

    • SEO – Linkback / Dofollow forum.
    • Self Promotion of your blog
    • Equal minded community
    • Feedback on your on poker and your blog in general.
    • Own affiliate links

You are welcome to post your own affiliate links in the forum if you are interested. You can always just start by posting a link back to your blog. This should at least give you some traffic.

    Enjoy your summer

    Anders

  • Hi Matt. I think you should keep on writing and since WSOP is the flavor of the season, get onto writing something about it. Maybe writing 3 times a week will help.

I forgot to introduce myself. Im Grieta a content write from London. I think I could help you by writing a small review about you blog, which might help generate some good traffic and inspire you to write more.

Do let me know what you think about this? Have a great weekend.

    Grieta.
